Starting from September, citizen receptions are being held in the regions by the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Based on the order signed by the Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, Mecnun Mammadov, on December 13, the head of the Agricultural Services Agency (ASA), Sardar Haciyev, received citizens in the administrative building of the Yevlakh State Agricultural Development Center in Yevlakh, addressing citizens from the Yevlakh, Kelbajar, Fuzuli, and Barda regions. He listened to their applications and complaints, addressing issues related to job security, measures against bee diseases, insurance of beekeeping activities, extension of the certificate for seed production, and other matters.
During the reception, citizens mainly raised concerns about job security, measures against bee diseases, insurance of beekeeping activities, extension of the certificate for seed production, and other related issues. Sardar Haciyev attentively listened to each citizen's application, provided detailed explanations on relevant matters, and gave appropriate assignments for the comprehensive study of raised issues and their resolution in accordance with legal requirements within a short period. Some of the citizens' applications were addressed with relevant explanations, while others were taken under investigation for a prompt resolution. Applications that do not fall under the Ministry's scope of activity were registered for delivery to the respective authorities.
During the meeting with citizens, Sardar Haciyev emphasized that the presidential decrees signed on the development of agriculture would contribute to the improvement of the well-being of agricultural producers and the advancement of this sector in the country. Citizens who attended the reception expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown.
